Contractor Selection:

I can help you understand the contract and assess if everything seems to be covered.

Site Plans: I draw the easy ones, or partner with a Civil engineer.

You can be your own general contractor! You just need to put the right team into place and have a plan.

Owner/Builder Consulting:

If you want to build it yourself, I can help you put together a team of sub-contractors.
